Dear Revitin Team, My name is Dr. Trino Nuño, and I am a dentist in Nebraska with a focus on biological and integrative dentistry. I have recommended Revitin Prebiotic Toothpaste to my patients as a fluoride-free, microbiome-supportive option. Recently, however, I was made aware of testing results published by Lead Safe Mama LLC, which alleged the presence of heavy metal contaminants — including lead — in one of your toothpaste formulations. Given the seriousness of such a claim, I want to approach this matter carefully, transparently, and with scientific rigor. To that end, I would appreciate clarification on the following points: 1. What internal quality control or third-party testing does Revitin currently perform to monitor for heavy metals or other contaminants? 2. Have you had the opportunity to review the specific findings reported by Lead Safe Mama? 3. Will Revitin be commissioning or releasing any independent laboratory reports to provide clarity on this matter? 4. How does your sourcing and manufacturing process safeguard against potential heavy metal contamination? As a clinician, my foremost responsibility is to protect my patients while also avoiding premature conclusions based on isolated reports. Your perspective and supporting data would be invaluable in helping me communicate responsibly with my patients and professional community. I have great respect for the mission and vision of Revitin, and I believe transparency in this moment will strengthen confidence in your product. Thank you in advance for your time and attention to this inquiry. I look forward to your response. We wanted to address the recent third-party heavy metal testing data that’s been circulated by an unaffiliated third party, particularly as it pertains to unit presentation and how consumers and retail buyers may interpret it. Revitin has a 100% natural and organic formulation. We strive to source the richest organic and natural ingredients in the world. In our efforts to avoid synthetic ingredients and utilize natural ingredients from many regions of sourcing, it is not unusual to encounter the presence of trace minerals and some metals that are unavoidable based on the terrain and soil from which these ingredients originate. The product in question remains well below the limits set by California Proposition 65, one of the most rigorous regulatory frameworks in the industry. However, the published results were presented using parts per billion (ppb) rather than the more standard parts per million (ppm) typically used to communicate compliance benchmarks. To put this into context:1 ppm = 1,000 ppb While the numerical values may appear higher when expressed in ppb, they remain well within all regulatory thresholds and continue to meet our strict internal quality and safety standards. We’re confident in the integrity of our product and testing protocols, and we’re happy to provide lab documentation or Proposition 65 comparison charts upon request. We appreciate your partnership and continued trust in our brand. If you or your retail accounts have any additional questions, we’re here to support you with facts and transparency. Best regards, Revitin |

Dear Revitin Team, Thank you for your thoughtful response regarding the recent third-party testing data that has been circulated. I appreciate your clarity on the difference between parts per billion (ppb) and parts per million (ppm), as well as your note that trace minerals may naturally occur due to ingredient sourcing. For the sake of my patients, colleagues, and the broader health community following this discussion, I would like to take you up on your offer to provide additional supporting documentation. Specifically, I am requesting: 1. Lab Documentation Copies of recent third-party lab analyses for heavy metals (including lead, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic) in Revitin Prebiotic Toothpaste. Information on the analytical methods used (e.g., ICP-MS, XRF) and the lab’s accreditation status. 2. Proposition 65 Comparison Charts Clear tables or charts showing how Revitin’s results compare to California Prop 65 limits. If possible, expressed in both ppm and ppb for ease of interpretation. 3. Batch Consistency Confirmation of whether these results reflect a single lot or multiple production lots. Any internal protocols for routine heavy metal testing across batches. Having this data will allow me to communicate responsibly with my patients and professional network, ensuring that concerns are addressed with transparency and evidence. I deeply value the work Revitin is doing to provide natural and microbiome-friendly alternatives to conventional toothpaste, and I believe this kind of openness will only strengthen consumer confidence in your brand. Thank you again for your time and willingness to share more detail. I look forward to your reply. Hello Dr. Nuño, Our most recent quality control tests (see attached), done in June 2025 by an independent laboratory , showed negligible values for metals, far below what has been reported. At Revitin Life Sciences, we will continue to source the most nutrient dense ingredients, maintaining the integrity of our product and the highest level of safety and efficacy for our consumers. Thank you, Jeannie |

Dear Jeannie, Thank you for your prompt and transparent response, and for sharing the independent lab results from June 2025. I appreciate the clarity these provide and the commitment Revitin has shown to maintaining both product integrity and consumer safety. It is reassuring to see how proactive your team has been in addressing these concerns. I do still have a few additional questions from my initial outreach that were not fully addressed in this exchange, particularly regarding: 1. Whether results are reflective of single-lot testing or multiple production lots, 2. Any ongoing protocols for routine monitoring of heavy metals across different batches. I understand your time is valuable, and I do not expect every detail immediately. For now, I simply want to keep the lines of communication open, as these questions will help me provide my patients with the most accurate and balanced information possible. Thank you again for your transparency and willingness to engage in this discussion. I may reach out again as I continue to review the available data and share updates with my professional community.
